Harbor Vista’s Unit 101 is quiet for two reasons. One, it is on a street with no outlet. So there is no through traffic causing noise and chaos. Secondly, the unit is sound proof due to its concrete inner walls and ceilings.
Another interesting footnote is that out of every window and door and there are 10 of them, there is a minimum ‘clear’ sight line of 500 + feet. Truly unique for the New Jersey seashore.
