Harbor Vista’s Unit 101 is quiet for two reasons. One, it is on a street with no outlet. So there is no through traffic causing noise and chaos. Secondly, the unit is sound proof due to its concrete inner walls and ceilings.<\/p>\n

Another interesting footnote is that out of every window and door and there are 10 of them, there is a minimum ‘clear’ sight line of 500 + feet. Truly unique for the New Jersey seashore.<\/p>\n
